Passport to a drug free Olympics?
"The 2012 Olympics in London will be the first summer games to use "biological passports" to try to stop drug cheats...
Simply put, the passport is an ongoing electronic record of variables in the blood of an athlete.
By monitoring changes in these variables, researchers can determine if a competitor is using illegal substances or practices."

STORY

Skeleton Story
"Here’s a way to make the language of a story memorable by using physical activity.
All you have to do is find a story that lends itself to being mimed. Get the students to stand up and then slowly read the story acting it out
at the same time and encouraging the class to join in. Repeat the story but this time at a faster pace, again with actions...
This is a poetic story that we use with younger elementary level students...
We got this idea from Nick Bilbrough and his excellent book ‘Memory Activities for Language Learning’ published by Cambridge University Press."

Ice Age: Continental Drift
"(also known as Ice Age 4: Continental Drift or simply Ice Age 4) is a 2012 American 3-D computer-animated adventure/comedy film
directed by Steve Martino and Mike Thurmeier
...
As in the previous films, the main protagonists are the mammoth Manny, the sloth Sidsabre-toothed cat Diego, and, in a parallel storyline, the saber-toothed squirrel Scrat. Scrat's hunt for acorns triggers the break-up of the Pangaea continent into the continents as we know them today. In the meantime, Manny
and his wife Ellie deal with their teen-age daughter Peaches who has a crush on Ethan. The breakup of the continent separates Manny from his family.
Manny gets stuck on a floating ice raft together with Sid, Diego, and Sid's grandmother Granny. A large moving landmass drives Ellie, Peaches,
and a herd of other animals towards a land bridge, where they hope to reunite with Manny..."
